Key Account Manager – Online Sales

We are looking Key Account Manager for one well known Pharma industry

Position : Key Account Manager

Location: India (Mumbai)

Reports to: Head-Online Sales

We will leverage all the pillars within digital eco-system, including online sales. We have presence across all the verticals within the e-commerce ecosystem such as marketplaces, e-pharmacies, quick-commerce and our own D2C.

We looking to hire a Key Account Manager who will work closely with the head of online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

Monitor & improvise quality of listing, content, serviceability & serviceability.

Participate in platform-level events and maximise the visibility for our brands

Use Brand Analytics to arrive at the right decisions.

Person: (Experience)

The incumbent will ideally be an MBA/ postgraduate with around 2-3 years of experience.

Should have handled Key Account Management working with an Agency or with D2C brands

Strong understanding of E-Com Marketplaces – Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho.

Person: (Behavioural)

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deal with ambiguity.

Highly driven, target oriented. Willing to roll -up the sleeves when needed

Believes in collaboration and long-term approach

Strong believer in digital and has strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and the latest trends.
