Role Description The Key Account Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role is responsible for managing key client accounts seeking Canada immigration services, acting as a primary contact for inquiries, documentation support, and process updates. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and aligning them with suitable immigration pathways and services. The Key Account Manager will prepare business plans for account growth, coordinate with internal consultants, and ensure timely, accurate client communication. The role also involves monitoring client satisfaction, addressing service issues, and contributing to process improvements and revenue growth.
