Key Account Manager — E-commerce Marketplaces

The role

We are looking for an experienced marketplace professional to own our e-commerce account end-to-end and oversee performance across our other channels. This is a senior, independent role — you will be accountable for how the accounts perform, not executing a task list. You will also be our primary point of contact with Amazon’s account management team, so we need someone who can hold those conversations credibly and follow them through.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Amazon India Seller Central account — performance, account health and growth
• Act as primary contact with Amazon Account Managers and category teams
• Manage policy issues, listing suppressions, stranded inventory
• Plan and execute participation in major sale events
• Oversee listing quality, A+ content and catalog accuracy across platforms
• Oversee advertising performance against agreed ACoS and TACoS targets
• Review performance across other marketplace and quick-commerce channels
• Flag inventory and stock-out risks ahead of time
• Report weekly to the founder with numbers and recommendations

What we are looking for

Must have

• 3–5 years managing Amazon India Seller Central accounts for a brand or seller
• Direct experience working with Amazon Account Managers or category teams
• Hands-on Amazon advertising experience — you have personally run and optimised campaigns
• Strong grasp of account health, policy compliance, case filing and resolution
• Comfortable reading performance data and making decisions independently
• Clear, professional communication — written and spoken

About the company

We are an established consumer products brand based in Gurgaon, selling across India’s major online marketplaces. The business is founder-run, profitable and growing, and we manage our channels in-house rather than through agencies. This role reports directly to the founder.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
