Key Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving business development initiatives within the physical security sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our range of security solutions, including CCTV, fire alarms, access control systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the physical security industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through effective account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and bids for government and private sector projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and present reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in the physical security or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of security products such as CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in preparing bids and proposals for government contracts.
