Junior Travel Consultant

Bathootha Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Junior Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with travel planning, flight bookings, holiday packages, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Freshers with a passion for travel, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel arrangements.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
• Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and package details.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and service providers.
• Assist with ticket issuance, booking confirmations, cancellations, and amendments.
• Provide information about travel destinations, visa requirements, travel policies, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
• Follow up with customers to ensure smooth travel arrangements and customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, fares, and promotional offers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience in travel consultancy, ticketing, tourism, or customer service.
• Freshers with relevant skills and a strong interest in the travel industry are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple customer requests.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset.
