Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Purchase Executive based in Bhiwandi, supporting export, construction, manufacturing, tools, mining tools, and engineering operations. The Junior Purchase Executive will assist in managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include maintaining purchase records, comparing quotations, supporting vendor evaluation, and ensuring compliance with organizational procurement policies. The role involves close coordination with internal departments to understand material requirements, resolve discrepancies, and support inventory and cost control. The Junior Purchase Executive will also help optimize procurement processes and contribute to maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in purchase documentation, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, with an understanding of sourcing, negotiation, and vendor coordination.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of export, construction, manufacturing, tools, mining tools, or engineering industry processes will be beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and the ability to maintain accurate records are required.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi, manage time effectively, and support fast-paced operational environments.
