B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or related field About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Junior NOC Engineers to join our telecom operations team in Chennai. The selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring telecom networks, identifying issues, and supporting the team in maintaining smooth network operations. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities

Monitor telecom network systems and optical fiber links. Check network alarms and report any issues to senior engineers. Help troubleshoot network problems and support issue resolution. Coordinate with field engineers and customers when required. Maintain records of incidents, faults, and daily activities. Ensure network services are running smoothly with minimum downtime. Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines. Learn and work on telecom technologies such as Fiber Networks, Routers, Switches, and GPON devices. Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Computer Networks and Telecommunications. Understanding of networking concepts such as IP Addressing, Routers, and Switches. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required. Ability to learn current technologies and work in a team environment. Eligibility

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply. BE/B.Tech/Diploma graduates in relevant engineering streams. Basic computer knowledge is mandatory. Benefits
