Studio 318 is a strategy-led design studio based out of Hyderabad. We journey with the client to build a cohesive brand ecosystem that effectively communicates with their target audiences across business touchpoints. Our designs are aesthetic, people-driven and authentic. Our collective background in design thinking and strength in building value-based brands allows us to articulate varied expressions through print, communication, packaging, websites and environmental graphics.

We are looking for a Junior Illustrator to join our growing team at Studio 318 India, Hyderabad.

The successful applicant will have

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, original illustrations based on creative briefs and project requirements.
• Demonstrate strong drawing, sketching, and visual storytelling abilities.
• Develop compelling concepts with excellent attention to detail, composition, color, and form.
• Translate creative ideas into polished, professional-quality artwork.
• Collaborate with the creative team and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Maintain consistency in illustration style and deliver artwork within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Exceptional drawing and illustration skills with a strong artistic foundation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or other relevant digital illustration tools.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, anatomy, perspective, and visual storytelling, as relevant to the illustration style.
• Ability to create original, visually engaging, and well-executed artwork.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• A portfolio demonstrating outstanding illustration quality is mandatory.

Who Can Apply?• Experience 0-2 years with exceptional artistic talent are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates will be evaluated primarily on the quality of their portfolio and practical illustration skills, rather than years of experience.
• Candidates with a strong creative vision, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to producing excellent work are preferred.
