JAWA Two-Wheeler Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Two-Wheeler Sales Manager to manage JAWA sales operations, lead the sales team, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily JAWA showroom sales operations.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
• Monitor individual sales performance and prepare daily sales reports.
• Maintain good customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and RTO teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure proper follow-up of leads and pending bookings.
• Report sales performance and key issues to Management.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales.
• Experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role preferred.
• Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused.
• JAWA or premium two-wheeler dealership experience will be an advantage.
• Valid Driving Licence preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
