IT Technical Consultant - ServiceNow

You will design, develop, and administer ServiceNow solutions to meet business and IT requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, maintain, and improve CMDB, including asset-to-CI mapping and CMDB health remediation.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using standard integration methods.
• Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform upgrades and new feature adoption.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall experience with minimum 5 years in ServiceNow technical administration, development, and integration.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects including cutover and go-live hypercare.
• Hands-on expertise in CMDB design, asset-to-CI mapping, and health remediation in multi-national environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification required.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with Now Assist / AI capabilities in ServiceNow (Washington DC release or later).
• CIS - Discovery / ITOM certification and ITIL v4 Foundation.
