IT Staffing Account Manager

About the role

• We are hiring a full-time IT Staffing Account Manager to grow and manage domestic technology staffing business in India.
• The role focuses on onboarding corporate IT clients, managing key accounts, and driving recurring staffing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B client acquisition, corporate empanelment, and account management for IT staffing services.
• Lead client meetings, contract negotiations, and service level agreement (SLA) discussions.
• Partner with client technology leaders to understand recurring talent requirements and ensure staffing fulfilment.
• Travel across India to meet enterprise clients, maintain executive relationships, and develop new business verticals.

Requirements

• Proven track record in IT staffing, client account management, or recruitment business development.
• Strong business acumen, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional communication and polished presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across India for client reviews and networking.
• Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
