IT Service Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Consultant to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ITSM processes using ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of incident management, change management, and problem management, as well as experience with service delivery and configuration management databases (CMDB).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ITSM processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.
• Utilize ServiceNow to automate processes and enhance service management capabilities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on ITIL best practices and ServiceNow functionalities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of ITSM processes.
• Manage and resolve incidents and problems in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Oversee change management processes to ensure that changes are made with minimal risk to IT services.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ITSM principles and ITIL best practices.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.
• Experience in incident management, change management, and problem management.
• Familiarity with configuration management databases (CMDB) and service delivery processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
