IT Recruiter

Responsible for managing the end-to-end IT recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various technical positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and employee referrals. Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams. Manage the recruitment pipeline and maintain candidate records. Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process. Achieve recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within timelines. Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future IT requirements.
