Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Procurement Executive responsible for managing the procurement of IT hardware, peripherals and related products while ensuring competitive pricing, timely delivery and effective vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete IT procurement process from requirement/PR to purchase and delivery.
• Source IT hardware, peripherals, accessories and related products from reliable vendors.
• Identify and develop new vendors and maintain existing vendor relationships.
• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate price, payment terms and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors for order processing, delivery and issue resolution.
• Maintain proper procurement records, quotations, POs and other documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for procurement requirements and approvals.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely procurement as per business requirements.
