Salary: ₹10,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives

About the Role

We are looking for motivated IT Bidders / Business Development Executives to help our company acquire new projects through Upwork, Freelancer and other professional channels.

Both experienced candidates and freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable IT projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
• Prepare personalised proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate professionally with international clients.
• Follow up on proposals and help convert leads into projects.
• Coordinate with developers to understand requirements and prepare quotations.
• Maintain daily bidding reports and client records.
• Help grow the company’s client base and revenue.

Requirements

• Good written English and professional communication.
• Basic knowledge of websites, WordPress, web development, mobile apps or software services.
• Ability to research projects and write convincing proposals.
• Experience with Upwork or Freelancer is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Self-motivated, organised and target-oriented.
