Technical support for hardware, software and networks.

Employee onboarding, offboarding and access management.

Install, configure and maintain IT systems.

Support Microsoft 365, firewalls and network switches.

Maintain documentation, backups and IT assets.

Support IT security and ISO 27001 / ISMS audits.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

25 years in IT / System Administration or Infrastructure Support.

Networking, system security and troubleshooting knowledge.

Microsoft 365, firewalls and user access management.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ISO 27001 / ISMS knowledge.

CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA, RHCSA or RHCE certifications.
