What We’re Looking For

• Computer Hardware & Software:
• Good understanding of computer hardware components and software installation.
• Proficient in troubleshooting various software and hardware issues.
• Operating Systems:
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications.
• Networking Concepts:
• Understanding of networking concepts including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• IT Asset Management:
• Knowledge of IT asset management, system maintenance, and providing technical support.
• User Account Management:
• Familiarity with user account management, access control, and basic IT security practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation related to IT assets and support activities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in IT administration or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
