Job Overview: Associate Trainee Clinical Data Coordinator

As an Associate Trainee Clinical Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data. This position is part of IQVIA’s Clinical Data Management (CDM) team and is office-based, full-time, located in Kochi.

Your work ensures that clinical trial data collected from patients and research sites is entered, processed, and maintained accurately in Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS).

Key Responsibilities & Functions

During your training and initial tenure, you will rotate across essential data management functions, including:

• Data Entry Accuracy:

Entering clinical data from Case Report Forms (CRFs) into CDMS with strict adherence to guidelines

• Document Management:

Logging, indexing, scanning, and tracking clinical study documents for easy retrieval

• Regulatory Compliance:

Following SOPs and Work Instructions to ensure regulatory and audit readiness

• Study File Maintenance:

Assisting in maintaining Data Management study files

• Team Collaboration:

Working closely with Clinical Data Management (CDM) teams to meet project timelines
