Job Title: IoT & Electronics Support Engineer

Location: Siruseri, Chennai (Travel to service sites will be occasional)

Experience: 2 Years Minimum

Role Summary & Vision

Provide first-level technical support for IoT-enabled equipment and basic electronics and electrical systems. The role focuses on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and the timely closure of issues within agreed-upon quality standards. A high level of integrity and proactive problem-solving skills are essential for this field-based position.

Core Responsibilities

• IoT Hardware & Software Support: Provide support for installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of IoT devices, sensors, and mobile applications.
• First-Level Diagnosis: Perform the initial diagnosis for issues related to device connectivity and system monitoring.
• Service & Repair Coordination: Manage machine and service repair activities, ensuring all technical issues are tracked to closure.
• Application Focus: Emphasize application-level support, field setup, and practical issue resolution.
• Basic Refrigeration Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for refrigeration issues and coordinate vendor interventions for complex problems.
• Vendor Liaison & Documentation: Maintain detailed service logs, issue trackers, and reports to facilitate coordination with external vendors and partners.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred Qualifications: A Diploma, ITI in Electronics and Hardware-related.
• Key Capabilities: Proven "Capabilities of Cusp" thinking and a high degree of willingness to work hands-on.
• Core Values: Demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability, with a process-oriented working style.
