Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Working Hours: 8:00 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

Anand Enterprises is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations and inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, material management, and inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory and stock records.
• Handle stock inward and stock outward.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Perform stock verification and physical inventory audits.
• Maintain inventory documentation.
• Record material movement accurately.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and operations.
• Ensure proper storage and organization.
• Resolve stock discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports.
• Follow warehouse safety standards.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• 5 -8 years of experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Material Management, or Store Operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures.
• Experience in stock inward, stock outward and material movement.
• Good understanding of warehouse management practices.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to perform stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The candidate should be fluent in Marathi and Hindi. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage
