International Tax Consultant

We are seeking an experienced International Tax Consultant to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international taxation and a thorough understanding of various regulatory frameworks, including FEMA, SEBI, and IBC. As an International Tax Consultant, you will provide expert advice on inbound and outbound structuring, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while optimizing tax strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on international tax matters, including inbound and outbound deals.
• Assist in structuring transactions to achieve optimal tax efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including income tax and DTAA.
• Collaborate with clients to develop business advisory strategies that align with their financial goals.
• Stay updated on changes in international tax laws and regulations, providing insights to clients.
• Prepare and review tax documentation and reports as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of international taxation principles and practices.
• Familiarity with FEMA, SEBI, and IBC regulations.
• Experience in inbound and outbound structuring.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
