We're Hiring: Instructional Writer & Curriculum Developer (Script & Content Writing)

Are you someone who can turn dense government rules and policy documents into sharp, practical learning content? We're looking for an Instructional Writer & Curriculum Developer to design and refine e-learning courses for government administrators and public-sector professionals.

About the Role

You will take raw source material such as statutory rules, Office Memorandums, policy guidelines, and expert interview notes, and turn it into structured, concise, micro-learning courses. The right person understands how government administration actually works, spots inconsistencies and repetition quickly, writes in a clear executive tone, and builds content around real operational challenges rather than surface-level summaries.

What You'll Do

Design modular course structures from complex policy documents, acts, and procedural codes, keeping modules short and focused.

Review draft scripts closely to remove repetition, narrative drift, and mismatches between course outlines, tables, and scripts.

Fact-check content against primary sources such as service rules, financial rules, official compendiums, and scheme guid
