We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in IT Sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach
• Engage prospects and effectively present IT products and services
• Understand customer pain points and provide suitable IT solutions
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for customer engagement and lead conversion

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales within the IT industry

Strong understanding of IT products and services

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage sales cycles and close deals effectively

Experience in lead generation, social selling, and competitor analysis is an added advantage

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
