Role Description The Influencer Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, managing influencer relationships, and coordinating campaigns across social media platforms. The Influencer Marketing Executive will plan and execute influencer strategies aligned with client brand objectives, track campaign performance, and optimize activities based on data and feedback. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, collaborating with the creative and digital teams on content and messaging, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and preparing reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective influencer campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to identify target audiences, suitable influencer partners, and emerging trends.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with influencers, clients, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through influencer activities.
• Relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital advertising is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and campaign tracking metrics is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
