We are seeking an experienced Industrial Insurance Underwriter to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underwriting various types of industrial insurance, including property and engineering insurance. This role is crucial in assessing risks and determining appropriate coverage for our clients in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze insurance applications for industrial properties and engineering projects.
• Assess risks associated with fire underwriting and machinery breakdown to provide accurate coverage recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in underwriting.
• Work closely with the sales team to support business development efforts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present underwriting reports and recommendations to management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of property underwriting and engineering underwriting principles.
