Purpose of this Role: Lead the IE function within a factory — driving line productivity, SAM discipline, and method improvement at the floor.

Responsibility

• Set and validate SAM, line balancing, and manpower norms.
• Run productivity and changeover-reduction projects.
• Coach lines and supervisors on standard methods.
• Track and report factory productivity.
