Job Description

We are looking for responsible, organized, and experienced candidates for the positions of School Coordinator / School In-Charge to manage academic activities, supervise staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of school operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily academic activities and school operations.
• Monitor teachers’ attendance, lesson plans, timetables, and syllabus completion.
• Supervise staff and maintain student discipline.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, students, and school management.
• Maintain student attendance, academic records, and administrative reports.
• Organize examinations, meetings, school events, and activities.
• Ensure classroom management, campus cleanliness, and student safety.
• Address parent queries and resolve student-related concerns.
• Ensure school policies and academic standards are followed.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred, depending on the role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, academic coordination, or school administration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
