Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the social media strategy for our digital banking platform across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more.
• Create platform-specific content calendars to boost awareness and engagement.
• Create and schedule optimized content (feed posts, Stories, Reels, videos, etc.) from concept to publish, following a content calendar.
• Edit short-form videos and images using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar to meet format requirements.
• Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR), run simple A/B tests, and optimize accordingly.
• Support product seeding and oversee UGC collection to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and influencers to create engaging content.
• Build and nurture community engagement through authentic conversations.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, formats, and AI tools.
