In-House Sales Executive

Job SummaryThe Trost is looking for a motivated and results-driven In-House Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound telephonic sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Explain company products or services to potential customers and address their queries. Follow up with prospective customers to close sales. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales operations. Handle customer objections professionally and effectively. Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in telephonic sales (Inbound/Outbound) . Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi . Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage. Candidate PreferenceCandidates who can join immediately. Candidates with a proven track record in telephonic sales.
