About the Department

The Immigration Sales Team assists individuals and families in exploring overseas opportunities and navigating immigration processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and other international destinations. The team focuses on understanding clients' goals, explaining available immigration services, and helping them identify suitable pathways based on their requirements.

Your Role: Inside Sales Consultant

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients interested in overseas education, career opportunities, and immigration services. You will be responsible for counselling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting prospective clients into customers.

Your role involves communicating with clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, building strong customer relationships, and supporting clients in taking informed decisions about their international aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel potential customers regarding overseas education, career opportunities, and immigration services.
• Understand clients' profiles, requirements, and international career goals.
• Provide personalized guidance on suitable visa and immigration options.
• Explain the company's services, consultation process, and applicable service charges.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to improve conversions.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up schedules, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on relevant immigration policies, visa requirements, and overseas opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective counselling and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, counselling, business development, or customer service. Experience in immigration or overseas education consultancy will be an added advantage.
