Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy Pvt Ltd is a professional training institute offering industry-oriented courses in CAD, CAM, CAE, BIM, IT, and GATE Coaching. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and target-driven Business Development Executives to generate leads, develop client relationships, drive sales, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training courses.
• Convert enquiries and prospective leads into successful sales and enrolments.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, customer enquiries, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students
• Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Tamil.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Educational Sales, or related fields are preferred.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates interested in sales, client acquisition, and business development.
• Candidates with experience in educational institutions, training institutes, EdTech companies, or professional training academies.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
