Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Tirur.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, developing HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and managing payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant teams.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle employee relations issues, support training and development initiatives, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Icher’s values. The position also requires regular reporting on HR metrics and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies in India.
• Proficiency in HR documentation, record-keeping, and HRIS or related systems.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or technology-driven organizations.
