What We’re Looking For

🔹 Qualification: MBA in HR or a related discipline

🔹 Experience

8+ years of relevant experience

🔹 Strong expertise in PMS and appraisal frameworks

🔹 Experience in KPI/KRA development, performance analytics, and goal alignment

🔹 Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Ability to drive continuous improvement and a performance-oriented culture
