Role Description The Human Resources Manager – 5-Star Hotel Experience Preferred will oversee day-to-day HR operations for the hotel, ensuring processes align with both local regulations and Hilton standards. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating workforce planning, and supporting performance management and employee development. The role involves handling employee relations, overseeing HR policies and compliance, managing payroll inputs and benefits coordination, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with department heads to promote a positive workplace culture, support training initiatives, and drive engagement and retention programs tailored to a 5-star hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Strong HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation management.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of performance management, training coordination, and talent development in a hospitality setting.
• Understanding of HR compliance, local labor laws, payroll inputs, and benefits processes.
• Prior experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with HRIS tools and basic MS Office applications for reporting and data management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Bengaluru.
