Human Resources Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Karnal. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records maintenance. The role involves supporting employee relations, responding to HR-related queries, and helping maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The person in this role will assist in implementing HR policies, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening candidates and scheduling interviews. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure compliance with organizational standards and HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR data management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to support policy implementation and adherence.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Karnal are beneficial.
• Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems and basic MS Office skills would be an advantage.
