Toshniwal Industries Pvt. Ltd. (TIPL) is an established industrial organization specializing in industrial instrumentation and measurement solutions. We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring and support the organization's talent acquisition needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Handle recruitment for technical, non-technical, and corporate positions.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
• Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with colleges and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) for campus recruitment drives.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment will be an added advantage.
