Senior Executive -Regional HRBP

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the assigned zone.
• Partner with Zonal, Regional and Branch Heads on business and people priorities.
• Drive manpower planning and partner with TA for timely fulfilment of hiring requirements.
• Own performance and talent management, including goal setting, reviews, PIPs and talent development.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through employee connects, stay interviews and targeted interventions.
• Manage employee relations and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Use HR analytics and people metrics to identify trends, risks and required interventions.
• Travel extensively across branches within the assigned zone to build strong business and employee connects and ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives.
