Job description The HR acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR policies and practices support organizational objectives. They serve as a liaison between HR and management, balancing employee advocacy with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic alignment: Partner with leadership to design HR strategies that drive business success.
• Talent management: Support recruitment, succession planning, and career development.
• Employee relations: Advise managers on workplace issues and conflict resolution.
• Performance management: Facilitate goal-setting, reviews, and productivity improvement.
• Change management: Guide teams through restructuring, mergers, or new initiatives.
• Policy development: Review and update HR policies to align with company goals.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR regulations.
• Payroll management

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Fintech, NBFC OR Financial services experience is more preferred.
• Experience in talent development, workforce planning, and organizational culture.
• Analytical skills for HR metrics and workforce analytics.
• Requires a Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration plus atleast 2 years of HR experience.
