Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment, handling requirements ranging from vanilla to niche technical skills. The candidate should have robust technical sourcing and screening expertise and the ability to close positions within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end technical recruitment, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.

Recruit candidates for vanilla to niche IT skills across various technologies and domains.

Understand technical job descriptions, mandatory skills, experience, location, notice period, and client requirements.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.

Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, relevant experience, and project exposure.

Coordinate technical interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.

Follow up on interview feedback, offer releases, salary negotiations, and candidate joining.

Manage multiple technical requirements simultaneously and ensure closures within the defined TAT.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly MIS reports.

Build solid candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and timely position closures.
