Job Title

HR Executive (Human Resources)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in payroll coordination, employee queries, and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Support staff training, performance reviews, and employee retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
