The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for employee engagement and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, and its culture.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the sourcing and hiring of top talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, particularly in the insurance sector.
