HR & Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

• B2B, B2C & B2Channel 1. Design & Deliver Training Programs: Create and conduct engaging training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. 2.

Assess Training Needs: Identify skill gaps and training requirements through assessments and feedback. 3.

Develop Training Materials: Prepare training manuals, guides, and presentations tailored to the audience. 4.

Conduct

Workshops & Sessions: Lead interactive workshops, hands-on sessions, and presentations to ensure effective learning. 5.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Gather feedback and assess the impact of training on employee performance. 6.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to design engaging and interactive training programs - Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills - Knowledge of adult learning principles - Patience and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles

Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.  Handle recruitment, interviews, on boarding and manpower planning.  Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.  Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.  Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.  Manage performance appraisal, KRAs/KPIs and employee development.  Plan and coordinate training and employee engagement activities.  Ensure applicable labour law and statutory compliance.  Prepare HR MIS, headcount, attrition and recruitment reports.  Manage HR team and coordinate with all departments.  Handle resignation, exit formalities and Full & Final coordination.  Support management in HR strategy and organizational development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
