Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and team cohesion. Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and initiate improvement plans as needed.

Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and support professional development initiatives. Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Organizational Development: Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational needs and develop strategies for talent development and succession planning. Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Drive initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards throughout HR processes. Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market. Manage compensation reviews and recommend adjustments based on market trends.Role & responsibilities
