About the Role

IND Global Realty is looking for an experienced and motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Surat, Gujarat.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly for our Dubai-based Sales Team, while overseeing HR operations and day-to-day administrative activities at our Surat office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment across Indeed, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and conduct first-round interviews, with priority given to sales recruitment.
• Recruit for digital and technical positions, including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Web Developers.
• Manage daily HR and administrative operations at the Surat office.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and record management.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Support HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams across India and Dubai.
• Ensure smooth office operations, including vendor and administrative coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Strong recruitment experience, particularly in sales hiring.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Experience handling employee records and general HR operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in real estate, digital marketing, or fast-paced organizations is an advantage.
