Role Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, source high-quality candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Position: HR - Recruiter

Gender: Mal/Femalee (Vacancy-1)

Age: 25 to 35

Salary: 4 to 5 lac per annum depending on plant scale and experience

Working Hours/Days: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) (Sunday Weekly off)

Lunch Time: 1 Hour

Key Responsibilities

· Job Analysis & Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles.

· Job Descriptions: Write and update clear, engaging job descriptions.

· Sourcing: Post job openings on company career pages, job boards (e.g., Naukri.com), and professional networks like LinkedIn.

· Screening: Review incoming resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist qualified applicants.

· Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

· Offers & Onboarding: Handle salary negotiations, extend job offers, and assist with initial onboarding formalities.

· Data Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting metrics (like time-to-hire) using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience: [1–3] years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with resume databases, job portals, and HR software/ATS.

· Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

Skills

· Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Finding active and passive job seekers using platforms like LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks.

· Screening and Candidate Evaluation: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone calls, and using structured tests to judge skills.

· Interviewing Expertise: Asking clear, behavior-based questions to see if a person fits both the role and company culture.

· Negotiation and Relationship Management: Discussing job offers, salaries, and benefits while keeping candidates excited about the job.

· Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Using software to track applicants, schedule chats, and manage the hiring pipeline.
