Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Ramgarh. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves posting job openings on various platforms, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely communication with applicants. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand staffing needs, support workforce planning, and help develop recruitment strategies. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with onboarding activities, maintaining HR records, and contributing to employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Ability to use job portals, social media, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

• Basic understanding of HR practices, documentation, and compliance.
• Comfort working on-site in Ramgarh and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and maintaining candidate data.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination is an advantage.
