Key Responsibilities: Call and source candidates for delivery job openings. Explain job details, salary, incentives and eligibility criteria. Screen candidates and verify basic details. Follow up with candidates until joining. Coordinate documentation and onboarding. Maintain daily calling and recruitment reports. Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets. Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Comfortable with calling and follow-ups. Ability to work with recruitment targets.
