You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools is preferred, but not mandatory for freshers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
