HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Punjab, specializing in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, particularly in recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the HR functions of our plant, ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are adhered to while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including PF and ESI.
