HR Manager – Talent Acquisition (NABL & FSSAI lab)

WE ARE HIRING — HR Manager – Talent Acquisition.

Location: Kochi

Experience: 1–5 Years experience in talent acquisition, in FSSAI recognized & NABL accredited general testing testing laboratory. The candidate should have a proven track record in senior-level and leadership hiring. Prior HR/recruitment experience in NABL-accredited laboratories is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection for senior-level and top management positions in the laboratory.
• Identify, source, and recruit experienced professionals for technical, quality, operations, and business development roles.
• Prioritize candidates with experience in NABL-accredited and FSSAI-recognized testing laboratories.
• Manage end-to-end hiring, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build a strong network of industry professionals and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Coordinate with management and department heads to identify manpower requirements and close vacancies promptly.
